Indicators are built from the data available in the platform. The more sources are connected, the more complete the picture becomes.
BI Navigator tracks four families of indicators: sales — total for the chosen period, change against the previous period, breakdown by location and terminal, distribution by day and hour; receipts — total count, average receipt and how it moves, the rhythm of transactions through the day, comparison between locations; products — highest sales, highest frequency, products on the rise; and payments — the split across payment methods.
Indicators
Indicators are built from the data available in the platform. The more sources are connected, the more complete the picture becomes.
Sales ≠ Profit. BI Navigator shows what was sold. Profit can only be calculated when cost data is also available in the platform — then the analysis can be extended.
Comparisons
A single figure says little. The difference against the previous period tells you what is happening in the company now.
Every indicator carries its change against the previous period, so the number has context: 245,820 MDL says nothing on its own, but “+7.4% vs yesterday” does.
It shows the real rhythm of the day — when customers come and when they don't. Decisions about opening hours, staffing and promotions follow from that, not from impressions.
Yes — receipts, average receipt and sales can be compared between locations and terminals over the same period.
Yes, products on the rise are tracked separately from those with the highest sales or frequency.
