Rhythm
When do the sales happen?
The same monthly figure can hide completely different rhythms. The distribution by day and hour shows where the real pressure is and where capacity goes unused.
The busiest hour is Thursday, 12:00–13:00, at 3.4× the daily average.
On Saturday the peak shifts to 15:00–17:00, with a higher average receipt.
Between 08:00 and 10:00 just 9% of the day's sales happen.
Why does going down to the receipt matter?
An 8% drop over a month means nothing until you see where it happened: a location, a terminal, a time slot or a product. Drill-down turns a worrying number into an identifiable cause.
Who can do this?
Anyone with access to the company's data in the platform — no technical knowledge and no IT request needed for a new report.
